RAISIN OAT COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. quick oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet. In large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Blend thoroughly. Stir in raisins, oats, and coconut. Drop by level tablespoons. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
