2 c. cake flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa and soda. Add Miracle Whip, water and vanilla. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
