2 c. flour, sifted once
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix first 5 ingredients, then add rest of ingredients. Pour in 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. May be iced with your favorite icing.
