POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. each vanilla, almond & butter extracts
3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix eggs, oil and sugar until combined. Add milk, seeds and flavorings and mix until well blended. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Bake in 4 small, greased and floured bread pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

OPTIONAL TOPPING FOR BREAD:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each vanilla, butter & almond extracts
