AUNTIE IRENE'S BANANA BREAD 
6 lg. ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

Mash bananas. Add butter and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Chop fine and mix like pie crust. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaves.
