BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sour milk
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 c. butter

Mix in usual fashion. Pour in greased and floured bread pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. This bread freezes well.

For topping, cut butter into mixture. Topping can be added to batter before baking. Or topping can be used as a filling for the bread. Pour half of the batter in pan, add streusel, then rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
