ORANGE DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. frozen orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix crackers, sugar and butter. Place in 9"x13" greased pan. Save 1 cup of crumbs for top. Mix oranges, juice, milk and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on top of crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. May also sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate overnight.
