ORANGE-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, in natural juice
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. pecans
1 c. mayonnaise
2 pkgs. orange jello

Place pineapple in sauce pan and let come to a boil. Add jello, stir well. Take off stove and add cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir well. Put in serving dish and refrigerate several hours, until firm. Serves 8-10.
