GRANDMA'S NOODLE HOTDISH
1 can cream of mushroom, cream of chicken & cream of celery
1 bag egg noodles
1/2 cup milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom slices

Brown the ground beef, mix soups, mushrooms & milk together, add ground beef, add bag of egg noodles uncooked, mix contents together and pour into a oven safe baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until noodles are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For added flavor, top with shredded cheese before serving and heat until cheese melts.

My grandma has made this hot dish every holiday since I can remember. It's my favorite! I have started making it for my family all the time.

Enjoy!!

We made this recipe tonight and it was delicious. I had to figure out a couple things this recipe didn't state:

Hamburger Noodle Hotdish

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are soft(we checked it after 50 minutes and the noodles were perfect)

Serve with salt and pepper for flavor.
Top with shredded mozarella cheese.
