RASPBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cranberry juice
1 c. diced apples
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. walnuts
3 oz. lemon Jello
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. hot water (boiling)
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and chill first 3 ingredients until thickened. Then fold in apples, celery, chopped nuts. Spoon into 6 cup mold. Chill until set. Chill lemon Jello until slightly thickened; fold in mayonnaise and Cool Whip. Spoon into mold over the first ingredients. Chill and serve.
