CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. light raisins, optional
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Add egg, orange peel and orange juice. Stir. Fold in raisins and cranberries. Put in loaf pans (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Makes 2 loaves of bread.
