ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 onion, chopped, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (red kind)
14 oz. can chopped green chilies

Heat in large casserole dish. Crush 10 ounces Doritos. Pour meat mixture over. Spread 1/2 pound grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
