USE YOUR NOODLE VEGETABLES | |
10 oz. frozen vegetables (most any) 3 oz. cream cheese with chives 1/2 c. milk 5 oz. noodles (wide noodles, preferably) Cook vegetables according to package directions and drain; set aside. Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan; heat and stir until smooth (or could heat in microwave). Stir in vegetables and season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare noodles and drain. Arrange noodles on 3 serving dishes and pour sauce over them. Makes 3 side-dish servings at 321 calories each. |
