TWICE-BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. chives
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Parsley flakes
Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Bake potatoes. Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out insides into bowl. Add remaining ingredients except for paprika, parsley flakes and Cheddar cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon back into shells. Garnish with cheese, paprika and parsley flakes. Heat in oven a few minutes until cheese melts.
