SHOO-FLY PIE 
LIQUID PART:

1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. warm water

CRUMB PART:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco

Mix liquid part together and pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Mix crumb part ingredients together like pie dough until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
