VEAL NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. veal patties, cubed
1/2 c. onions (optional)
3 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)
1 lb. cooked noodles

Brown veal in butter. Reduce heat and add onions. Simmer until tender. Add tomatoes and soup and bring to a boil. Add cheese and herbs. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
