PORK AND VEAL BAKED DISH 
1 lb. veal
1 lb. pork
1 lg. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos
1/2 lbs. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkgs. egg noodles

Brown meat, add chopped onions, celery, green pepper and simmer a short time. Add remaining ingredients and the cooked noodles. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. If unable to buy veal I use all pork, trimmed of all visible fat. Serves 8 to 10.
