MARINATED CUCUMBERS 
3 c. (2 medium) thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium red or green pepper (thin strips)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Combine cucumbers, pepper and onion. In small bowl, combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar; blend well. Pour over cucumber mixture; toss and coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. If desired, drain before serving.
