SAUCY STEAK AND POTATOES 
2 round steaks
6 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
5 lb. potatoes

Cut steak into pieces. Dip in flour. Brown in 2 skillets. Salt and pepper as you like. Pour 3 cans of sauce and equal amounts of water in each skillet. Cover and simmer.

Peel potatoes, cut in large pieces. Boil until hot but not cooked. Drain. Pour steak, sauce and potatoes into large crockery bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for about 3 hours. Steak should be very tender and sauce thickened. Top with grated cheese.
