GRAHAM CRACKER PEACH PIE 
1/4 c. cold water
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 sm. can Sugar Free ginger ale
2-3 c. fresh or unsweetened frozen peaches
1/4 c. very finely chopped walnuts
1 graham cracker pie crust

Sprinkle gelatin into water and heat until dissolved. Add ginger ale and stir. Add peaches and chill in refrigerator until thickened. Press walnuts into bottom of graham cracker crust. When mixture has thickened, remove from refrigerator and spoon into pie crust. Chill before serving.
