CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN 
1 1/2 lb. chocolate flavored coating, cut up
3 tbsp. peanut butter
14 c. popcorn, popped
3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick coating. Melt chocolate coating and peanut butter together. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts. Pour warmed melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool. Break into pieces. Store up to 5 days.

Makes 22 cups.
