PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN BALLS 
1/2 c. unpopped corn
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. crunchy style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pop corn with about 2 tablespoons of oil. Lightly salt popped corn. Keep warm in sauce pan or large bowl. Combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over warm popcorn, mixing gently until all is coated. With well - buttered hands, form into balls using about 3/4 cup mixture for each. Wrap in clear plastic wrap or waxed paper. Makes 10 to 12 balls.
