DULCEY'S CHICKEN DELIGHT | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 lbs deboned chicken 2 pkgs. stuffing mix 1 26oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 c. Milk 1 c. shredded mixed cheese 1 c. French's French fried onions 1/2 c. Craisins Cut chicken and sauté in butter until cooked. Spread chicken into the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined, then spoon 1/4 of the mixture over chicken. Layer chicken with the Craisins and 1/2 of the cheese and fried onions. Cook stuffing mix according to package directions. Add to top of layered mixture. Add the rest of the cream of mushroom and milk mix onto the stuffing and top with the other 1/2 cup of cheese and French fried onions. Leave uncovered and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until crispy. Serves 6-8 Submitted by: Dulcey Darville |
