MAE'S SWISS ALPINE QUICHE | |
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch deep dish) 2 c. shredded cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained 2 c. ground ham 3 tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/4 c. milk 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine cheese and flour. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs, and seasonings. Pour over mixture in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
