KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF FRENCH BREAD | |
1 loaf sour dough bread Butter 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped green onion 1 c. Parmesan cheese Cut sour dough bread in half. Butter both sides. Place in oven to broil lightly, just enough to melt and lightly brown bread. Take bread out. Mix the mayonnaise green onions, and cheese together in a bowl. It will make a paste. Spread this paste on top of buttered bread. Put back into oven on broil, second shelf down. Broil until brown and bubbling. Cut into slices and serve. |
