SALSA 
5 lbs. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. 5 percent white vinegar
2 mild banana peppers, chopped
1 lb. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cumin

Dip tomatoes in boiling water, then in cold water to peel. Chop and drain juice. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized pint jars. Wipe off tops and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Makes 5 pints.
