1 box yellow cake mix
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare cake like on cake box; place in a 9"x13" pan. Cover batter with rhubarb, sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 15 to 18 servings. Store in refrigerator.
