UPSIDE DOWN RHUBARB CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream
About 4 c. sliced rhubarb to cover cake

Blend cake mix according to package directions and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb with sugar and cream. Cover cake mix with rhubarb mixture. Bake according to temperature recommended on cake package. It takes almost again as long. Test with a toothpick in the center to come out clean.

When cake is done rhubarb will be on bottom of pan. Either serve cut in pieces or loosen cake around edge and invert pan while hot.
