HOLUPKI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
6 tbsp. raw rice (River brand)
1 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water
1 sm. head cabbage
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Brown meat, drain fat off. Add onion and rice to meat mixture with onions. Cut raw cabbage into small pieces. Mix 1/2 can soup with water. Layer sauce starting with bottom of dish, cabbage, meat and rice mixture ending with cabbage.

Pour remaining soup over top. Bake in covered casserole dish or cake pan at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
