PUMPKIN STEW 
1 med. pumpkin (8 - 10 inches)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 lbs. browned ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 pkg. corn (frozen)
1 pkg. peas (frozen)
Mushrooms (sliced fresh)

Cut top off, take seeds and fibers out of pumpkin. Rub inside with butter, ginger, and nutmeg. Rub outside with salad oil, and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together, put in pumpkin and bake for 1 hour.
