CLASSIC PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo syrup, light or dark
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Mazola butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

In large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 55 minutes or when knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8.
