CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1/4 c. soy sauce

Cook celery in small amount of water until tender. While celery is cooking, brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Combine both cans of soup, the rice and soy sauce. Add celery (I also add the water the celery is cooked in) and meat mixture. Place all ingredients in casserole and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven uncovered. May be frozen before baking for later use.
