PREACHER'S CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, diced
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
Grated cheese

Brown ground beef, onion and celery. Drain off grease. Put in large casserole dish. Add 2 cans of soup and undrained bean sprouts. Add 1/4 can or slightly less water. Fold in Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last few minutes add grated cheese to melt on top. Serves 8. Note: For a crunchier dish, wait and add Chinese noodles last 15 minutes of baking.
