EASY YUM YUM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Chinese noodles

Brown beef and onion. Cook celery in 1/2 cup celery until tender. Add soup. Add mixture to beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Put in casserole and top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
