CHICKEN WITH FRESH SWEET BASIL 
1/2 lb. chicken
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. shredded bamboo sheets
7 sweet basil leaves
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

Cut chicken into 2 inch strips. Heat oil with garlic, in a wok on medium high. Add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots and oyster sauce. Stir fry until chicken is cooked. Mix in basil servings. Makes 2 servings.
