BASIL BROILED CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. lemon juice (about the juice of 1 lemon)
4 whole chicken breasts (about 8 oz. each)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fresh basil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat broiler. Squeeze lemon over chicken. Sprinkle with salt. Place chicken, skin side down, on a broiler pan. Broil chicken 8-inches from heat for 10 minutes. Turn; broil for 5 minutes longer.

Meanwhile, combine basil, Parmesan, garlic and oil in blender; mix at low speed until well blended. Spread basil mixture over chicken. Broil chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes longer.
