SPINACH DIP 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped, thawed & uncooked, drained spinach
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 pkg. dry Knorr leek soup mix
3 tsp. dill
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 chopped scallions
Chopped water chestnuts (opt.)

Mix well and chill 24 hours before serving. Serve in a red cabbage head hollowed out or a large loaf of round bread hollowed out.
