SPINACH HERB DIP 
2 c. full fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. full fat yogurt, plain
1/2 c. fresh chopped spinach
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, pressed

Mix all ingredients, except yogurt and cheese, in blender until completely chopped fine. Then add yogurt and cottage cheese and blend until completely fine and smooth. Chill thoroughly for 4 hours. Serve with vegetable sticks or as dressing for non-starch salad.
