SPINACH DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Garlic (opt.)

Thaw and drain on paper towels.

Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve well with chips or assorted vegetable dippers.
