2 tbsp. flour
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
Miniature marshmallows
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
Grated cheddar cheese

Drain pineapple juice completely and combine it with sugar, flour and eggs. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Put pineapple, cubed cheese and marshmallows in layers in a dish. Pour above mixture over. Sprinkle with grated cheese and heat until bubbly in 350 degree oven.
