1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
2 lb. spicy Jimmy Dean sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Fry sausage and drain. Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard and soup. Place all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Refrigerate overnight. bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes.
