CHINESE SPARERIBS 
5 lbs. spareribs
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 oz.) jar plum jelly
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
2 tsp. ground ginger

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake ribs, covered, at 350 degrees about 2 hours, turning halfway through baking. Serves about 6.
