RAISIN PIE 
2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Crusts for two crust pie

Bring water to boiling. Add raisins, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Mix sugar and flour and stir into raisins. Cook over low heat, stirring all the time until mixture boils. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover with top crusts. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
