SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins

Prepare pie shell. Beat eggs. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, salt and nutmeg until well blended. Stir in raisins. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated) 40 minutes, until just set. Cool. If desired, may top with sour cream.
