1 pkg cream cheese
12 banana peppers
1 pkg roast beef

Let cream cheese come to room temperature and than place a piece of roast beef on work surface. Thinly spread cream cheese on the beef. Chop banana peppers and sprinkle a few pieces onto the cream cheese. Roll up the roast beef and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator and out cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with thinly sliced bread or crackers. Enjoy!
