GENOEFFA'S SUNDAY MORNING
MEATBALLS
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. grated bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley or 1 tbsp. fresh

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 2 to 2 1/2 inch balls. Pan fry until browned nicely. Makes 12 to 14.
