GARDEN PEA SALAD 
1 can Leseur peas, well drained
1 can Lesueur shoe peg corn, well drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. flowerets
1 lg. jar diced pimento
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, water and pepper to a boil. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat. Cool.

Toss all vegetables together. Pour cooled marinade mixture over the combined vegetables. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Drain marinade mixture off before serving.
