COD-MOCK LOBSTER | |
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cod 1 tbsp. vinegar 3 tsp. salt Water for boiling Boil together water, vinegar, and salt. (Water must cover fish.) Place fish in water, return to boiling and boil 20 minutes. Remove fish, drain on paper towels, flake and serve warm with melted butter. Serves 2. |
