SUGAR CREAM PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 c. cream

In bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and nutmeg. Whisk until no lumps remain. Beat in butter, spread evenly in 8-inch unbaked pie shell. Pour in cream, do not stir. Bake until crust has formed on top, about 10 minutes at 425 degrees.

Turn heat back to 350 degrees and break crust with spatula. Stir carefully, be careful not to break crust on bottom. Bake until filling bubbles up and brown crust forms on top.
