SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1 c. milk

Mix sugar, flour and salt together and pour in pie shell and smooth out. Pour milk over dry mix in pie shell. Do not stir. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until top is lightly brown. Cool completely before cutting.
